Project Overview

Sweden Island is an ultra-exclusive beachfront destination within The World Islands, featuring only 10 prestigious palaces inspired by the craftsmanship of inverted Swedish Viking vessels. The concept is rooted in the legend of 10 Viking ships lost in the Arabian Sea, with each palace designed as a symbolic resurrection of their beauty and detail. The glass roof of every residence resembles the upturned hull of a Viking ship, creating a dramatic architectural identity that blends heritage, storytelling, and luxury.

Each palace spans 7 floors, including a Viking sky terrace, and is surrounded by a private white sandy beach, lush exotic gardens, and uninterrupted sea views. Influenced by Swedish architecture and lifestyle, the palaces include 7 bedrooms, a sauna, a snow room, and a grand reception room with a striking wall of windows on the top floor. Interiors combine traditional and modernist design with handcrafted furniture, materials, and luxurious finishes inspired by Bentley car interiors. With furnished residences and equipped kitchens, Sweden Island offers a rare lifestyle of privacy, elegance, and palatial beachfront living.
